One could not actually be dictated of what he or she should do. If something has to get rid of or for you to restrict yourself from doing so, usually it is of your own will. It’s on you if you have to do this or do that depending on the consequences you would have to deal with in the future. There are really those things in life that would let you think about it time and again as for you to be able to take action necessary for such matters.  Uncontrollable things would really come into occurrence anytime and anywhere at anyone.

Just like when it comes to your temperance, you would not be able to control it in the first place. That is why it is said that the emotional sobriety one gets to have is not a thing that could be inherited from your parents or ancestors. Nevertheless, this only happens to certain people and not really most of the time. Hence, if a person grew up to an environment that is not that healthy, the tendency is for that person to be toxic with his or her life. Thus, this would only be detrimental to him or her as it would be difficult for the person to face any kind of emotions. According to studies, one of the most common roots of one’s poor process of emotions is the incapacity to validate his or her emotions for as early as a child. That is why addiction rehab is a must. This could then maybe because of the lack of possible role model to look up to.

It is also said that this emotional sobriety could also not be solitary because of the environment a person is in. it could also be due to other factors, such as one’s brain development as well. Yes you read it right. Sometimes, it is not just because of the external factors which affect or influence one’s emotions. There are those internal factors too, such as the brain itself. If the case is that there are some issues within one’s brain, specifically on one’s limbic system or that portion of the brain which is in control of one’s emotions, or if there is the occurrence of one’s sufferings due to depression or any like disorder such as being a bipolar, the tendency is for one to get affected when it comes to dealing and facing with emotions.

Moreover, if ever you get to be traumatized for some serious matter and that you are suffering from PSTD, you could forget about such things by getting treated. Since it is said that after encountering a traumatic experience, the brain will be acting on its mode where you get to be able to survive, you could then make use of your fight or flight defense mechanism already.
